After a years foundation course, I studied Illustration at Brighton Art Faculty from 1980-1983, after which I worked on publishing, television design and advertising projects through my agents "The Artworks".

I taught at Brighton and Eastbourne Art Faculties and in 1991 wrote and illustrated "Watercolour workstation" which introduced the fundamental techniques and approaches to water-colour painting.

In recent years I have concentrated more on Gallery work, with private commissions such as Reids Hotel Madeira and Amana - Japan, exhibiting in Portugal, America, Tokyo, Zambia, France, Venice and Britain.

My work has been exhibited in the Royal Watercolour Society Bankside Gallery, Wildlife Society, Pastel Society- Mall Gallery; Wild Arts Society and regularly at the Medici Gallery.
