B.A. Honours Degree in Printed Textile Design Loughborough College of Art and Design 1976-1979 The London Design Studio 1979-1980 Since 1980, Diane has worked as a freelance textile designer, selling commercial fashion textile designs, mainly to the American market, through her agent Wendy Booth. Now based at the Turner Dumbrell Workshops in Ditchling, Diane continues to design, teaches G.C.S.E Art and Design to students from a Pupil Referral Unit and works as a textile artist producing hand painted silk embroideries, bags, cushions and cards. Having held a Brighton Festival Open House exhibition independently for four years, Diane is now exhibiting as a member of the Fiveways Artist Group.
